Green Coffee Bean Extract was extracted from the seeds of rubiaceae plants, such as small coffee, medium coffee and large coffee. Chlorogenic acid was the main active substance, trigonelline and other alkaloids. Chlorogenic acid is a phenylpropanoid compound produced by shikimic acid pathway in plants during aerobic respiration. It has the effects of antibacterial, antiviral, increasing white blood cells, protecting liver and gallbladder, anti-tumor, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids, scavenging free radicals and stimulating central nervous system. The right amount of caffeina stimulates the cerebral cortex, promotes sensory judgment, memory, and emotional activity, makes the heart muscle more active, dilates blood vessels, improves blood circulation, and improves metabolism. Caffeina also relieves muscle fatigue and stimulates digestive juices.
