1.Quercetin is good at expectorant, cough effect, and treating asthma.
2.Quercetin is useful to lower blood pressure, increase capillary resistance, reduce capillary fragility, lower blood fat, expansion of coronary artery, increase coronary blood flow and so on;
3.Quercetin is also to treat chronic bronchitis,and good at treat coronary heart disease and high blood pressure.
4.Quercetin can significantly inhibit the role of tumor promoters, inhibit the growth of ex vivo malignant cells, inhibit Ehrlich ascites cancer cells DNA, RNA and protein synthesis.
5.In addition to quercetin for food antioxidant, but also can be used as food yellow pigment.
6.Quercetin can be used as a medium dye. For wool and cotton, yellow with aluminum salt, olive salt with a yellow chromate salt, with orange salt tin, olive salt with iron green. Good resistance to soaping, light and medium.
